What should I do if I have been overcharged for my order?
We are sorry if you've been charged more than what you were expecting for your order.
The following scenarios may affect the prices of an order:
Customers are charged in the currency that is selected at the checkout page when they place an order. If your local currency is different from the currency you selected at the checkout page, your bank will convert the amount using their exchange rate.
To avoid this in the future, go to the 'Change Currency' drop down box on the top-left corner of the page and confirm your selection from the list.
All our prices will then be shown in your chosen currency and you'll be charged in that currency if it's still selected when you reach the checkout.
If you've used a promo code in your order, the discount may not apply to all of the items in your basket.
There are certain exclusions with some promo codes and you can find these terms and conditions when you received the original coupon code.
You can check the quantity of the item in your order, there may be some items with extra quantities when placing an order.
